BAGAN DATUK, Malaysia, June 29, 2025 – A three-day UMNO Bagan Datuk Division retreat concluded successfully at ILMU, Janda Baik, bringing together grassroots leaders, including heads of PDM, branch chiefs, and representatives from Wanita, Pemuda, and Puteri wings.
The retreat, led by UMNO President and Deputy Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, focused on refining action plans and setting a clear, high-impact direction for the party’s future in Bagan Datuk.
Ahmad Zahid personally reviewed presentations from grassroots leaders, listening to their views, proposals, and concerns. “Every voice raised here reflects the people’s aspirations and demands our attention,” he said, commending the leaders’ courage in addressing local needs.
He emphasized that their commitment ensures UMNO remains relevant and aligned with the rakyat’s interests, particularly in Bagan Datuk. The outcomes of the retreat will translate into structured, effective fieldwork to drive progress.
“With strong fighting spirit and unwavering unity, we will move forward for the prosperity of our beloved Bagan Datuk,” Ahmad Zahid added.
