LOS ANGELES Aug 19, 2026 – Catherine Zeta-Jones’ upcoming thriller series Kill Jackie has locked in a premiere date. All eight episodes will drop simultaneously on October 2 on Prime Video in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and Canada.
The series, based on the novel The Price You Pay by Nick Harkaway (writing as Aidan Truhen), follows Jackie, a former international drug smuggler who has reinvented herself as a high-end art dealer. When a squad of elite hitmen known as The Seven Demons is hired to kill her, Jackie sets out to eliminate them one by one—only to discover that her own buried secrets and past demons are far closer to home than she realized.
Zeta-Jones leads a strong ensemble cast that includes Daniel Ings, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Bill Paterson, Ron Perlman, Óscar Jaenada, Hattie Hook, Darci Shaw, Raff Law, and others.
Kill Jackie is co-produced by Fremantle and Steel Springs Pictures. It was co-created by Conor Keane, Tom Butterworth (Gangs of London), Peter Lawson (John Wick), and Damon Thomas (Killing Eve). Thomas serves as lead director, while Butterworth writes and showruns the series. Zeta-Jones is among the executive producers.
In the United States, the series is set to air on AMC+ this fall, though an exact premiere date has not yet been announced.
