Saudi Arabia to Host Global Hajj Conference

Jeddah, 1st Nov, 2025: Saudi Arabia will host the fifth edition of the  Hajj Conference and Exhibition from Nov. 9 to 12, 2025, under the  theme “From Makkah to the World.”

Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and held at the Jeddah  Superdome, the event aims to showcase Saudi Arabia’s efforts to  advance the Hajj ecosystem and improve services for pilgrims from  around the world.

The conference serves as one of the Kingdom’s leading platforms for  presenting national initiatives aimed at enhancing the Hajj journey. It  will bring together experts, practitioners, and stakeholders from Saudi  Arabia and abroad to exchange knowledge, share practical  experience, and explore new solutions in management and  technology — all with the goal of improving the quality of services  provided to pilgrims.

The event is part of the government’s broader strategy to boost the  efficiency of the Hajj system across operational, organizational, and  technological fronts. It reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing commitment to  providing a safe, well-organized, and high-performing pilgrimage  environment—driven by smart solutions and innovation.

Spanning 52,000 square meters, the exhibition will feature over 260  exhibitors across 13 key sectors, including tourism, technology,  healthcare, and operations. The event will feature over 95  international speakers and experts participating in 80 panel  discussions and 60 workshops, presenting more than 100 innovative  ideas to tackle future challenges and unlock new opportunities in the  Hajj and Umrah journey. Attendance is expected to surpass 150,000  visitors from both inside and outside the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will showcase several new initiatives  at the event, including “E’asha-thon,” which introduces a new model  for flexible and personalized meal delivery; “Humanizing the Holy  Sites,” an initiative focused on creating spaces and services that  enhance visitor comfort; and “Sustainable Solutions,” which promotes  the use of clean energy, smart cooling technologies, and efficient  resource management to support environmental sustainability  throughout the pilgrimage experience.

An Innovation Zone will host 15 tech start-ups competing in three real world challenges to improve crowd management and operations  through artificial intelligence and data analytics.

The event will feature the signing of several strategic agreements and  partnerships aimed at strengthening collaboration across the Hajj  sector. These initiatives will focus on accelerating digitization,  enhancing system integration, and improving service quality at the  holy sites.

The conference will explore three key themes—digital  transformation, smart management, and operational sustainability.  These are critical to shaping a more resilient and efficient Hajj system.  This is directly tied to Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience  Program, both of which are committed to harnessing technology to  make the pilgrimage smoother, safer, and more sustainable for  everyone.

The Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition is a key initiative  supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for the sector. It acts as a  dynamic platform to highlight advancements in smart management  and digital transformation. The event is meant to bring industry  experts to share insights, drive innovation, and enhance operational  efficiency. Ultimately, it aims to enrich the spiritual experience for  pilgrims by delivering more seamless, safe, and meaningful journeys.
