SEPANG Oct 4, 2026 — Formula 1 has spotlighted Carlos Sainz keeping cool in the Sepang heat as the championship weekend continues at Sepang International Circuit.
In a post on its official X account, Formula 1 introduced the Williams driver “in the blue corner” and said he was keeping cool in the Malaysian circuit’s heat, sharing video from the paddock.
“And in the blue corner… @Carlossainz55! Keeping cool in the Sepang heat,” the account said.
The post was tagged with the Bahrain Grand Prix as race-weekend activity continued at Sepang. Sainz, racing in Williams colours this season, was shown in shorts as temperatures rose around the circuit.
Formula 1’s message framed the moment as a light-hearted look at drivers coping with the heat during the Malaysian stop.
