TUMPAT, Malaysia, July 11, 2025 – UMNO President and Deputy Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi expressed confidence in the enduring strength of UMNO Tumpat during his speech at the division’s delegate meeting yesterday.
Ahmad Zahid highlighted the unwavering loyalty of UMNO Tumpat’s 219 branches, describing them as a vibrant force ready to be mobilized with renewed vigor, fresh strategies, and resolute determination.
“Victory stems not from mere popularity but from earnest effort and disciplined organization,” he said, emphasizing the importance of consistent grassroots presence and a strong service record over rhetorical battles.
He commended Tumpat Division Chief Datuk Haji Zulkifli Abdullah and the Women, Youth, and Puteri wings for their steadfast commitment. Ahmad Zahid also acknowledged Kelantan UMNO Chairman Dato’ Seri Ahmad Jazlan Yaakub for his role in uniting the party’s strength in the state.
Calling for unity, Ahmad Zahid urged members to strengthen their ranks and continue the struggle for religion, race, and the homeland.
