Top Dota 2 Teams Confirmed for BLAST Dota Slam Singapore 2025

  • Singapore set to host world-class Dota 2 action as BLAST kicks off its multi-year partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board

SINGAPORE, Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Twelve of the world’s best Dota 2 teams are set to battle it out and qualify for the arena stage of the BLAST Slam IV Singapore 2025, marking BLAST’s debut Dota 2 arena event and the continuation of a multi-year partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Taking place from 7–9 November at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, the event will see the six successful teams compete for a US$1,000,000 prize pool.

  • Team Spirit – CIS
  • BetBoom Team – CIS
  • HEROIC (Americas Invite) – South American
  • MOUZ – European
  • Execration – Philippines
  • Yakult Brothers (China qualifier team) – China
  • Natus Vincere (Europe qualifier team) – CIS
  • Aurora Gaming (Europe qualifier team) – CIS
  • Team Aureus (Southeast Asia qualifier team) – Phillipines

Matthew “Whitemon” Filemon, Indonesian player for Tundra Esports said: “I think it will be fun to play against every team and figure out where we stand. BLAST Slam IV action kicks off with an online stage featuring all 12 teams, kicking off on October 14th and deciding our Singapore-bound teams by October 19th. The top six teams will then fly out to Singapore for the three days of arena action at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. SEA fans will surely be rooting for Host Region invitee’s Talon Esports who will hope to hoist the Slam trophy in front of the Singaporean crowd. 

Following last year’s sold-out BLAST Premier World Final 2024, which saw more than 10,000 fans pack Resorts World Convention Centre, BLAST returns to the Lion City for another landmark esports spectacle. This November’s Dota Slam marks the first of five major arena esports events to be hosted in Singapore under the new multi-year deal between BLAST and STB, further strengthening Singapore’s reputation as one of Asia’s leading esports and live entertainment destinations.

With Singapore joining BLAST’s global calendar alongside London, Lyon, Austin, Hong Kong, and Rio, the BLAST Dota Slam Singapore will showcase world-class production, immersive fan experiences, and top-tier competition – all set against one of the most passionate esports backdrops in the world.
