KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, July 9 2025 – Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has taken note of viral social media posts regarding unusually high kWh usage graphs for July displayed in the myTNB app.

Due to a technical glitch, the usage graphs for July were inaccurate and have been temporarily removed. TNB assures customers that actual July usage readings remain unaffected. Final bills can be checked after the billing cycle.
TNB is actively resolving the issue and will provide updates as needed.
