PM Anwar Officiates Closing of MADANI Rakyat Program in Melaka, Emphasizes Security and Sustainable Development

MALACCA, MALAYSIA Oct 19, 2025 – Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim today officiated the closing of the MADANI Rakyat Program (PMR) Melaka at Politeknik Merlimau, while distributing aid to various segments of society, including state and federal civil servants, in an atmosphere of harmony and consensus.

The event drew the attention of numerous participants who witnessed the government’s efforts to strengthen national unity and public welfare. In his speech, Anwar stressed the ongoing need to address critical aspects to ensure the country’s stability, particularly in long-term defense capabilities and security.

“Improvements in education, infrastructure development, and the economy will not cease; instead, they will continue to be driven in tandem to ensure the nation’s preparedness remains at its best level,” he said, according to a copy of the speech presented.

Anwar also called for the preservation of the nation’s image and dignity through planned, comprehensive reforms, enhancements, and maintenance efforts based on sustainable strategies. He is confident that these steps will shape a stronger and more prosperous future for Malaysia.
