KULIM, KEDAH, MALAYSIA 0ct 22 2025 – Perinnbam Kedah has triumphantly hosted the 14th edition of its annual Ambang Deepavali 2025 program, a heartfelt initiative symbolizing unity and compassion by providing essential aid to underprivileged families ahead of this year’s Deepavali festivities.
In a display of strong community spirit, members and volunteers distributed basic necessities and festive angpow envelopes to low-income households across several Kulim neighborhoods, including Taman Selasih, Taman Tunku Putra, Taman Camar, Bukit Awi, Taman Merdeka, Taman Bayam in Lunas, and Taman Perpaduan in Serdang. The effort underscored Perinnbam’s ongoing dedication to fostering support and solidarity within local communities.
The event was spearheaded by Deputy President of Perinnbam Malaysia, Tuan Vatiwal Raja, in collaboration with Kulim assemblyman Wong Chia Zhen. Their leadership, bolstered by the unwavering cooperation of Perinnbam Kedah’s members and volunteers, ensured the program’s seamless execution.
Perinnbam Malaysia President Tuan U. Thamotharan praised the team’s efforts, extending congratulations for their “volunteer spirit, sincerity, and high commitment” in delivering tangible benefits to those in need. “This program not only aids families but also strengthens the fabric of our society,” he said.
