KUALA LUMPUR, 7 June 2025 – More than 1,000 guests, including members of the asnaf community and the urban poor, benefitted from the qurban of champion Lembu Sado (muscular cows) during the Majlis Korban Perdana & Kenduri Rewang organised by Ikhlas Com Travel & Umrah Sdn Bhd (ikhlas.com) and ST Rosyam Mart at Masjid Meranti, Puchong.
One of the cows, a Limousin breed named Awang Merah, weighed over 1.2 tonnes and was crowned Sado Champion 2025, while the other, Kiko, a Charolais breed, was a top contender at the East Coast Lembu Sado Gathering 2024, recognised as the largest young bull to compete in the event last year.

The event was held in conjunction with the 5th Anniversary of ikhlas.com, prioritising the welfare and support of the local community, especially those in need, in an effort to embrace the meaning of sacrifice with gratitude while fostering unity during this year’s Hari Raya Aidiladha.
In addition to ST Rosyam Mart and GPM, sponsors also included Calpis, Lipton and Foodpanda. The event featured celebrity chefs such as Chef Rozaelly Asmat, Chef Abdul Malik Sumalah and Wirdat Alias from Santan, as well as popular public figures including Datuk Rosyam Nor, Dato’ Fizz Fairuz, Johan As’ari, Riezman Khuzaimi and Datuk Normaziah Sheikh Mohamed.
Also launched at the event was Promo Hijrah, a special promotion in celebration of the Islamic New Year (Awal Muharram/Maal Hijrah), which will be observed by Muslims on 27 June 2025.
