In a statement today, Saifuddin explained that the budget presented by Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim is not just a financial document, but the MADANI Economic Framework driven to ensure the country continues to provide basic facilities, create jobs, generate income, and ease the cost of living.

“Alhamdulillah, the Fourth MADANI Budget… is tangible proof of how the fruits of reform and renewal are now truly reaching the people,” he said, marking a new phase where the results of reforms are returned to the people.

Saifuddin also expressed profound appreciation to the Prime Minister and the MADANI Government for their continuous support toward the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN). The increased allocation to RM21.2 billion—compared to RM19.5 billion in the previous year—reflects the MADANI Government’s strong recognition of KDN’s crucial role in ensuring the safety, peace, and well-being of Malaysians remain guaranteed.

According to him, the allocation will be used to strengthen security assets, upgrade facilities for uniformed forces under KDN, enhance border control, and bolster the country’s capacity to address cyber threats and digital crimes.

“Thank you to the MADANI Government for the undivided confidence and support toward KDN. We will continue to shoulder this trust with full dedication to ensure Malaysia remains safe, prosperous, and thriving,” he added.

Saifuddin promised to share further details in subsequent posts, while emphasizing the true spirit of the People’s Budget—rooted in integrity, well-being, and security for all.

This budget is expected to remain a primary focus in addressing global economic challenges, with people’s welfare as the core priority.
