IGP Contributes RM5,000 to TAWP Fund

MALAYSIA, KUALA LUMPUR, June 18, 2025 – Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain today presented a RM5,000 donation to the Tabung Amanah Warisan Polis (TAWP) in a brief ceremony at his office here.

The contribution, in the form of a mock cheque, was handed over to Management Director CP Dato’ Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid, a permanent member of TAWP. The funds were derived from a court order against defendant Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris, also known as Papagomo.

This marks Tan Sri Razarudin’s second contribution to TAWP, following a RM10,000 donation on February 24, bringing his total personal contributions to RM15,000.

Tan Sri Razarudin emphasized that the donation reflects his support for TAWP’s welfare initiatives, which aim to alleviate financial burdens for police officers, personnel, and their children in need.

Present at the event were Bukit Aman Deputy Director of Management (Administration) DCP Dato’ Ts. Azizee Ismail, Malaysian Police Secretary SAC Dato’ Kamaruzaman Abdullah, and Bukit Aman Senior Assistant Commissioner of Management (Retiree Affairs) SAC Alina Sa’ad.
