According to Saifuddin, interacting with Rosie was more than just a routine discussion; it demonstrated how AI technology can transform public service delivery. “This is a clear manifestation of technology as a bridge for reform,” he said.

The eROSES 2.0 system, slated for full completion by December 2025, aims to streamline the registration, monitoring, and management of organizations in Malaysia while enhancing transparency, efficiency, and integrity.

This initiative aligns with the ‘AI for KDN, KDN for AI’ agenda, positioning technology as a strategic partner in empowering public services.

Saifuddin commended the ROS and other agencies under the Home Ministry (KDN) for their commitment to embracing technological advancements. He also expressed gratitude to the media for covering the assembly, urging them to uphold responsible journalism ethics.

“Media freedom is a pillar of democracy, but it comes with the great responsibility of delivering accurate information,” he emphasized.
