The village has received a RM1 million allocation for various development initiatives, with an additional RM100,000 dedicated to the Madani Adopted School Programme at Sekolah Kebangsaan Teluk Tendori. Among the projects inspected were upgrades to Masjid Al Hasaniyah, the construction of a futsal court, and improvements to Surau Al-Ikhlas, Surau Kampung Paya, and Dewan Al-Muttaqiim.

“These efforts go beyond infrastructure,” said Saifuddin. “They aim to breathe new life into the community, fostering spiritual, social, educational, and recreational growth.”

Before the launch ceremony, the minister took time to ride a motorcycle through Baling, visiting residents and distributing small contributions. “It may be modest, but I hope it carries meaning,” he remarked.

Saifuddin expressed hope that the Kampung Angkat Madani programme would spark further positive changes in rural areas, not only improving facilities but also strengthening community bonds, mutual cooperation, and unity.

The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to holistic rural development, promoting both infrastructure and social cohesion across Malaysia’s villages.
