KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia , July 22 2025 – Deputy Inspector-General of Police (Deputy IGP), DIG Tan Sri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay, accompanied Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail during a working visit to the Sexual, Women, and Child Investigation Division (D11), Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at Menara KPJ, Jalan Tun Razak, here this afternoon.

The Home Minister arrived at approximately 2:00 PM and was welcomed by Tan Sri Ayob Khan, Acting CID Director DCP Dato’ Fadil Marsus, and CID Deputy Director (Investigation/Legal) DCP Datuk Mohamad Zainal Hj. Abdullah. The minister then signed the guestbook.
The two-hour visit included a briefing by Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) Siti Kamsiah Hassan, Head of D11 Division, covering workforce details, crime investigation statistics, current crime threats, division achievements, challenges, and the strategic direction of D11 in addressing sexual, women, and child-related crimes.
The delegation also toured the D11 operations room, including the Malaysian Internet Crimes Against Children (MICAC) Unit, providing insight into investigation processes and the team’s readiness in tackling technology-based crimes and child exploitation.
Also present were Home Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Awang Alik Jeman, Home Ministry Public Security and Order Division Secretary Datuk Zulkifli Abidin, Malaysia Police Secretary SAC Dato’ Kamaruzaman Abdullah, Head of Internal Policing Control Division (D1) SAC Afzanizar Ahmad, Head of CID Secretariat SAC Noor Azmi Yusoff, and Home Ministry delegates.
