SINGAPORE Sept 3, 2026 – Media OutReach Newswire – MyRepublic has launched Hyperpeer, a game acceleration service for gamers in Singapore and Malaysia, open to users regardless of their internet service provider.
The service optimises routing for supported online games and is designed to improve play with lower latency, packet loss and jitter. MyRepublic said gamers can see ping reduced by up to 30 per cent.
Hyperpeer is sold as a standalone subscription and is also bundled for 24 months with MyRepublic’s newly launched GAMER+ broadband plans. The company said the service uses a private network reserved for gaming traffic, so it is not shared with video streaming, large downloads or other heavy internet use.
The service automatically selects the shortest available route to the game server. Players connect through a lightweight desktop app with one-click setup and automatic route optimisation. A dedicated 24/7 helpdesk is available for support.
Hyperpeer is priced at an introductory rate of S$6.90 a month for the first 100 customers, against a usual price of S$9.90 a month. New users can start with a complimentary seven-day free trial before choosing a paid plan. An early-bird launch promotion is currently running.
MyRepublic said it will continue to add supported games, new features, updates and network improvements after launch. More countries are planned for 2027. Gamers can request titles they want added through the Hyperpeer website.
The launch follows MyRepublic’s recent gaming lineup, including the Dreamcore x MyRepublic RTX5060Ti Gaming PC, the ASUS T1 RTX 5070 graphics card bundle, and a refresh of gaming routers.
Lawrence Chan, Managing Director and Chief AI Officer of MyRepublic, said: “With the launch of Hyperpeer and our new GAMER+ proposition, we are redefining the gaming connectivity landscape. While we continue to enhance our GAMER plans, we also recognise that gamers deserve great experiences regardless of who their internet provider is. That’s why we’re introducing solutions that benefit gamers across Singapore, including Malaysia, and eventually the wider region. Our ambition is to make a better gaming experiences more accessible and continue supporting the community we’ve proudly championed since day one.”
