SEREMBAN, July 21, 2026 — Pakatan Harapan (PH) Negeri Sembilan unveiled its manifesto for the upcoming 16th state election (PRN Negeri Sembilan Ke-16) on Monday night, July 20, in Seremban, under the theme “10 Komitmen Utama Pakatan Harapan untuk Negeri Sembilan” with the slogan “Kekal Harapan” (Stay with Hope).
The launch event was attended by Selangor Chief Minister Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, who posted about his participation on social media early Tuesday morning. He described the manifesto as more than just election promises — a realistic set of commitments grounded in PH’s track record over the past eight years of governing Negeri Sembilan and aimed at advancing the state’s prosperity for all residents.
PH Negeri Sembilan chairman and caretaker Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Utama Aminuddin Harun presented the manifesto, emphasizing its focus on continuity and deliverable pledges so the people can continue benefiting from achievements made during PH’s eight years in power.
The 10 Key Commitments
The manifesto outlines the following priorities to ensure statewide prosperity:

- Empowering the Sejahtera Rakyat Scheme (SSR)
- Competitive Economy & 30,000 High-Paying Job Opportunities
- Quality Education for All
- 20,000 Affordable Homes and Resolution of Land Issues

- Tourism and Customary Heritage Development, Balanced Urban-Rural Progress, and FELDA Development
- Modern Agriculture and Food Security
- Strategic Infrastructure and Quality Healthcare Services
- Religious Unity, Harmony, and Progress for All
Amirudin Shari highlighted that the document reflects PH’s commitment to maintaining integrity in governance, strengthening the state economy, enhancing public welfare, and ensuring no group is left behind in development.
He urged supporters to stand together in defending a stable, clean, and capable government for a more prosperous future for Negeri Sembilan.
“Ayuh kita bersama-sama mempertahankan sebuah kerajaan yang stabil, bersih dan berwibawa demi masa depan Negeri Sembilan yang lebih makmur. Kekal Harapan,” he wrote.
Additional details in reports note specific high-impact pledges, including the construction of Seremban Sentral, a new hospital in Bandar Enstek, a new international port in Port Dickson, legal changes to allow second- and third-generation FELDA settlers to build homes on family land, and the Senawang-Port Klang rail bypass. The manifesto also expands the SSR welfare scheme and targets growth in key sectors such as semiconductors, aerospace, data centres, and green technology.
PH has governed Negeri Sembilan since 2018 and positions the manifesto as a continuation of its proven delivery record ahead of the state polls.
