JPPM’s Success Lies in Public Trust and Effective Service Delivery, Says Saifuddin

MALAYSIA, KUALA LUMPUR, June 17, 2025 – The true measure of an organisation’s success goes beyond numbers and reports; it lies in a service delivery system that is genuinely felt, utilised, and trusted by the public, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

Delivering his keynote address at the 2024 Excellent Service Awards and Special Excellence Awards ceremony of the Department of Registry of Societies Malaysia (JPPM), Saifuddin emphasised the department’s pivotal role in shaping an ecosystem of integrity, order, and transparency for over 200,000 registered organisations, including NGOs and political entities.

“JPPM is not merely a registration body but a guardian of good governance and public trust in the nation’s organisations,” he stated.
Highlighting JPPM’s strides in digital transformation, Saifuddin praised the adoption of the eROSES system and fully digital application and verification processes.

“These innovations demonstrate that government agencies can enhance public service delivery for the convenience and benefit of the people,” he added.

The minister extended his congratulations to the recipients of the Excellent Service Awards and Special Excellence Awards, urging them to continue their dedicated efforts. He also expressed gratitude to six retiring JPPM officers for their invaluable contributions, wishing them well and noting that their legacy would inspire future generations.

The ceremony celebrated JPPM’s commitment to excellence and its critical role in fostering a trusted and efficient organisational landscape in Malaysia.
